Volunteering

There will be TWO Raffle Basket stuffing and mini-Christmas Tree decoration activities before the event:

Monday, October 19 at Altavia Fighter Practice, 6-9pm, Verdugo park in Burbank. http://www.sca-altavia.org/Meetings/index.html
Wednesday, October 21 at the home of the Baron and Baroness of the Angels, starting at 6pm. Email the Event Stewards for the address.

We still need these volunteer posts filled, please let us know if you can do these jobs on the day of the Tourney:

Bake Sale, Fresh Fruit and Morning Coffee Bar Crew
We need People to bring Baked Goods and Fresh Fruit, please!
Pavilion assembly Set-up and Take-down crew
We need your Pavilions, pop-ups and tables for various activities
Token and bracelet making - bring your pliers and help make charm jewelry bling.
Memory Pavilion Assistants, help decorate and host the Memory Pavilion.
Contests Assistants, receive and monitor Best use of Pink entries.
Privy Patrol (one lord and one lady, please!)
Additional Constables for security
Additional Chatelaines to hand out flyers and talk to the general public
